We Build Them Better and Back Them Better

To activate this warranty, you need do nothing—coverage is automatic. To obtain performance under this warranty, simply send the defective part (if practical to do so), or request an inspection by the installation contractor. If the part is verified to be defective, a new replacement part will be supplied to you at no charge (freight collect).

This warranty does not apply to torn screens, damage due to malicious destruction, lack of maintenance by the consumer, misuse, abuse, acts of God (including damage caused by ice dams), damage due to foreign substances in the atmosphere, improper cleaning, damage or failure due to improper installation, damage caused by the operation of ventless heaters, normal wear and tear, product alteration of any type, commercial installations, failure or damage to wall coverings (if present), Ultimate roofs with OSB down, or other factors beyond the control of Branstrator Corporation. Compliance with all applicable codes and acceptable building practices must be followed to validate this warranty.
